According to Zane Benefits web site, the IRS has issued a revised Kind 720 (Quarterly Federal Excise Tax) that now involves a section for reporting the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) research fees, also referred to as the Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER) costs.
