The Statement of Claim in the arbitration alleges that Sophisticated Equities solicited investments in partnerships formed to invest in different so-named green stocks such as Fisker Automotive, Bloom Energy, BrightSource and SolFocus. The Statement of Claim alleges that Sophisticated Equities solicited these investments by misrepresenting information and omitting material information about the risks of investing in these companies.
