Rothman Gordon attorney Colleen Ramage Johnston has been elected as a Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Election as fellow is the highest recognition by ones colleagues of sustained outstanding overall performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication, and excellence.

The eighteenth installation of Fellows will be held November 9, 2013 in New Orleans, LA, coincident with the American Bar Associations Labor and Employment Law Sections Continuing Legal Education Conference. With the present installation, the College is represented by virtually twelve hundred members in forty-five states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and eight provinces from Canada.

The College was the vision of a number of Fellows. The notion was to additional establish this profession in all its aspects as a single uniquely crucial to the planet of labor and employment law, person rights, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution. The College was established in 1995 by means of an initiative of the Council of The Sections of Labor and Employment Law of the American Bar Association. It operates as a free standing organization recognizing those who, by lengthy and outstanding service, have distinguished themselves as leaders in the field.

Ms. Ramage Johnston is a graduate of Duquesne University College of Law. She primarily represents plaintiffs in litigation of employment matters involving age, gender, disability, and retaliation discrimination, the Family and Health-related Leave Act, the Equal Pay Act, and associated Constitutional claims.
